This disclaimer applies to all Rhino Intelligence products and services, including but not limited to:

• Any future products or features released by Rhino Intelligence

1. Purpose and Scope

Our platforms provide engineering calculations for:

• Conceptual and pre-FEED phase project screening
• Preliminary equipment sizing and selection
• Order-of-magnitude cost estimation (AACE Class 5)
• Early-stage financial feasibility assessment

Not Intended For

Our tools are explicitly not intended for the following applications:

References to standards are for methodology context only. Users must verify calculations against current standard editions and applicable local regulations.

4. Cost Estimate Accuracy

Cost estimates provided by our platforms follow AACE International classification guidelines:

Estimates produced by Rhino Intelligence are AACE Class 5 (order-of-magnitude screening). They are suitable for early-stage project screening but not for budget approval or investment decisions without further engineering development.

5. Limitation of Liability

Rhino Intelligence Ltd expressly disclaims all liability for:

• Engineering decisions made based on calculation outputs
• Equipment failures resulting from design based on these calculations
• Cost overruns exceeding estimate accuracy ranges
• Financial losses from investment decisions
• Safety incidents related to equipment designed using these tools
